Semi automatic, shuttle style, blister sealer. 
Number of products per minute - depending on materials, application and operator dexterity. 
Equipped with 10" x 28" seal area, and uses  8" cylinder bore for a maximum blister depth of 4 1/2". 
Manual load shuttle machine for one or two operators. 
Temperature range is up to 800° F. 
Includes Pre-Set Temperature Control for 0 to 15 seconds and cycle counter. 
 
NOTE: HEAT PLATE IS ONLY PARTIALLY WORKING (2 OF 3 STATIONS WORK) NEEDS REPAIR OR REPLACED. Replacement plate will need to be custom made for approx. 7k with a few weeks lead time from the manufacturer.
