Process batching system. Consists of (2) Mueller Stainless Steel Tanks mounted on a stainless steel frame. 
  • The upper feed tank is a round dome top, cone bottom with 6" discharge. 42"diameter x 16"high straight side x 36"deep. 18"diameter top manway with cover, top mounted Tri-Clover air actuated valve with 36"long stem assembly. 1-1/2 charging port with manual butterfly valve. 
  • The lower tank being fed by the upper round tank is a square V-Bottom tank, 40" x 40" x 22"high straight side x 32"deep. 18"diameter top manway with cover, 2-1/2" top air vent. Modified discharge reduced to 1-1/2" sanitary with attached 2" tee-fitting and approx. 16" reinforced hose with tri-clamp fitting. Tank has one transducer load cell Model T63H-1K-10P1.
  • Stainless steel solenoid panel.
NOTE: Sold as is as shown. Tanks are both nice inside and out. No pumps, no scale readout.
