Semi automatic, vacuum blister forming machine.
Roll or sheet fed thermoplastic materials with speeds and number of product - depending on materials, application, film thickness and size of blister. 
Equipped with 18" x 24" forming area with maximum depth of draw of 4". 
Retractable cal-rod heating system and up-moving platen with cooling fan. 
Film fed manually, clamped in place, retractable heater moves over film and is timed to prepare the film for forming, the heater then retracts and the platen moves up to the film, vacuum forms the blister, the film is then cooled, the platen retracts and the finished film is removed. Ideal for sample blisters, prototypes, lab work.
